I started my longevity journey about six months ago. I’m 44 years old and was a competitive athlete when I was younger, but I had surgery for herniated discs about 15 years ago. Since then, staying consistent with exercise has been challenging because of recurring back pain, a demanding career, and raising kids. That, combined with a high-calorie diet, eventually caught up with me.

I started with Zepbound and lost 25 pounds in my first two months, going from 250 lbs to 225 lbs.

Around month three, I added testosterone. My weight loss largely plateaued after that, and it’s only recently that I’ve broken below 220 lbs.

I suspect part of the plateau was simply the transition from losing water weight and visceral fat to slower fat loss. I also think I’ve been adding muscle since starting testosterone because I’ve been training much more consistently. KLOW has also made a noticeable difference for me by reducing inflammation, which has made it easier to stay active.

Current protocol:

  • Retatrutide
  • KLOW
  • MOTS-c (started after running 5-Amino-1MQ for about six weeks)
  • Testosterone Decanoate
  • Kisspeptin-10
  • NAD+
  • LIPO-C
  • SLU-PP-332

I’m looking forward to learning from the community. Nice to find you guys.
