Hey everyone, Abu here, writing from Germany. Back in the day I was the sporty type, but things shifted after I picked up an injury at the start of 2020, then came the corona lockdown, and I also got married. Around 35 KG crept on. My diet attempts kept falling apart and the weight came roaring back, so I chose to bring in a GP one medication as backup for losing weight, and honestly it’s working out well so far. Reta is what I’m on: began at two MG, now at 4. My starting weight was roughly 121 KG, and I’ve dropped to 108. The 12th June is when I began. Happy to swap what I know with all of you so we can all gain from it!

Glad to have you here! Your journey sounds a lot like mine. Reta really is something special. Are you taking any other peptides as well?

That's a big weight loss. Nice work!

Have you started working out again?

Currently, no stack is being run by me. To be totally straight with you, peptides from the Chinese grey market are something I really dislike. Years of buying reps means the Chinese game is very familiar to me. Using Reta from Chinese vendors was a massive step in my eyes, and daily China Mots C injections are just not something I can picture myself doing 🤣

Also, I should have said this earlier — I've started training again. About 4 sessions per week go toward lifting. My deficit sits near 1000 kcal most days, sometimes above that, sometimes below. It's going well so far, though I'm nowhere close to where I want to end up. What my final target should be, I honestly haven't decided. My main aim is to keep the rebound as small as I can. Realistically, I expect to regain at least 10kg once I come off Reta.

Getting in 4 lifting sessions every week is great. Don't forget you still need to meet your protein target each day. Adding cardio can support fat loss, and it also does good things for mood and overall wellbeing.

Peptides are fantastic, but what everything rests on is a healthy lifestyle.

It makes me so glad to see you doing all the right things!

Has RETA caused any psychological changes for anyone else? For me, after reaching 4mg or higher, I experienced what felt like "anhedonia" and a bit of depression.

honestly, my sex drive has dropped and I'm slightly less enthusiastic about stuff, but that's basically all I've noticed
