eager to find out more about these miracles in a bottle, as i've heard them described
 
Best of luck — I've been at this for 7 months now, and my only real regret is that I didn't begin earlier.
 
i’ve honestly felt the same way — my needle phobia has kept me totally opposed to it. but i’m going to stop being such a baby and just push through 💪

5 months of Tirz has taken 30 lbs off me, yet the scale hasn't budged for 2 months now. Planning to make the jump to Reta soon. There's a ton of useful stuff on here.

most of the time those needles are tiny enough that I don't feel a thing. Best of luck. You've got this.
 
Hiya, I also get really scared around needles. I've been using Reta for 3 months at this point, and up to now I've dropped 31lbs. Even now I still need to psych myself up before the pin lol.
