Hi Team,

I am 40y M and I am dealing with weight up and downs my whole life. Currently I am in the up phase and need to loose 20KG. Even with Ozempic, my results were mixed.

Reta just caught my attention but I am so overwhlemed that I not even how to start.

I hope I can find some help here to move forward towards a healthier lifestile.

Welcome, best thing I can recommend is read as much as you can and take in a good amount of information and write stuff down if you need to. Sometimes I’m very lost and eventually the answers are right around the corner.
