Hey everyone. Peptides have been part of my routine for close to 12 months now. My first experience was with NAD+ alongside Glutathione, and that combo made a huge difference for me. It brought back a bounce in my step and reignited my drive.

About 8 months back I went under the knife for my spine — the TOPS procedure, which is a facet joint replacement at L4-L5. Spinal stenosis and arthritic facet joints were what I was dealing with. After the operation, I slept in an awkward position on my left shoulder and ended up in terrible pain, losing a lot of strength in that shoulder.

That's when I began the GLOW stack and saw a small amount of progress. Later I found out that taking these peptides individually works better. So I switched to BPC157, TB500 and GHK-CU, and the results improved.

Then my go-to supplier had nothing left in stock. While I waited for more to come in and stopped dosing, all my old problems returned. Being back on them now, my pain has dropped dramatically — it's nearly gone. I also added KPV, which was another big turning point. Overall inflammation has gone way down.

I regret not giving these peptides a shot before going through surgery. I definitely would have approached things differently. Still, I'm grateful the operation happened — it helped me a great deal.

I'm rambling at this point... so I'll wrap up. Glad to be part of this space and eager to pick up even more knowledge. Cheers!!

Welcome — you weren’t rambling at all, that was a solid post.

Dealing with spine surgery and then the shoulder issue on top of that is a lot. Good to hear the surgery was helpful, but it’s even better that you’ve now found something that takes the edge off the inflammation and pain.

Your progression is interesting as well — many folks begin with stacks, then figure out they benefit more by splitting them apart and identifying what truly makes a difference. Seems like that’s what you ended up doing.

The “symptoms returned once I stopped” aspect is something others bring up too. It doesn’t happen every time, but it comes up often enough to be worth noting.

It’s also nice to hear KPV gave you a clear benefit — for many people that one goes unnoticed.

You’ve obviously been listening to your body and tweaking things along the way, which is really the whole point with this kind of thing.

Glad you’re here — there’s plenty of good conversation about recovery and inflammation you’ll likely find helpful 👍
