Hi everyone,

I want to find out more about Retatrutide and keep going on my path. I'm getting close to middle age, I'm carrying far too much weight, and I ache! For whatever reason, every person I know who uses it around here goes with the ready-made pens. Sure, they've delivered results for us, but I'd rather be safer, have a greater say over what I'm taking, and avoid getting fleeced along the way.

This is likely to be part of my life for a long stretch, so I've come here to learn. Feeling a bit swamped, but glad to be here!

Glad to have you here! I'm with you on that — every person I've come across in the UK who's on GLP's is going the premade route.
 
Yeah, using the vials makes me feel like I have a better handle on things. I’ve only ever used the pens for the official name brand versions. That said, I’ve been considering filling pens on my own once I’ve mixed the vials.

Yeah, a few of them come in pretty elaborate packaging and appear to do the job, but there are far too many things we just don't know.

That's exactly what I'm after — having a firmer grip on things. Since hitting my forties, the whole idea has grown a lot more tempting!
 
I began taking Reta on 12th July. Reconstituting it was something I had to do on my own, though with all the guides available online it isn't difficult. Up to now I've experienced 0 side effects, and this week I dropped 1.5 pounds — roughly the same pace I had while on Mounjaro.

My plan is to raise the dose by .5mg weekly, to find out whether a sweet spot exists that allows steady weight loss with the fewest possible side effects 🤞
