Hi everyone,

My name is Johan. Last year I was on Wegovy and dropped 20 kg.

Sadly, I put some weight back on. When I gave Wegovy another go, the results were not as good as before. This time around, I want to give Reta a try.

It is also nice to be part of a forum once more.
 
I'm interested in what your eating plan looked like. What exactly was the point where things fell apart and “didnt work”? The reason I'm asking is that when it comes to quieting food noise, Reta doesn't work as well as sema.
