Hey there, everyone!
I'm 44, a mother to 3, and for quite a few years now I've been trying to get comfortable in my own skin. My first attempt was Sema in 2019, though it didn't really deliver. Then 2020 rolled around and I discovered Trz — total game changer for me! The weight part was great, sure, but what really got me was how it calmed my inflammation, eased my PCOS symptoms, and gave me that wonderful quiet where food noise used to be. After spending so long as a mom putting my own needs last, that shift felt enormous!
Pregnancy and just living life changed my body, as it does for so many of us, so a few years back I decided to invest in myself with a tummy tuck and BBL. I'm thrilled with how things turned out, and Trz has kept my weight steady while letting me hold onto that extra booty
— it's still a big piece of my health routine today.
About 2 years ago, my SI joints started acting up along with some lumbar spine trouble. A friend brought up a few peps I'd never come across before, and off I went down the rabbit hole. Sadly, most of what I found was social media algorithms, targeted ads, contradictory claims, and enough tracking cookies to stock a bakery
One vendor did me dirty and another flat-out scammed me, so I hit pause on the whole thing for a while. These days I care less about hype and more about trustworthy info, plus hearing from folks who've been at this longer than me.
So… that's why I'm here. A curious newbie with tons of questions, eager to dig into the science and figure out what's real versus what's not. Can't wait to learn from you all and hopefully add something useful when I can.
