I'm an expat living in Thailand, and this is my introduction.

I've already dived straight into this journey, and now I'm here to pick up knowledge along the way. It's been 2 weeks so far, and the results have genuinely surprised me with how well it's working. A handful of side effects have already been verified thanks to some quick searching on here, which has really helped me out.

Curious to find out where this path leads me.

Wishing everyone the best.

Foana, welcome aboard! What's the situation like over in Thailand? Roughly 20 years back, I stayed there for a month. Visiting that country was a good time! Which peptides do you have on your radar right now?

Things are going well over here. Right now I'm in the Hua Hin area studying Thai, and I'm here on an education visa.

A friend of my Thai girlfriend was using retatrutide, and through her I managed to pick up a 1 month kit.

I followed what the instructions said, so 2.5mg a week is what I've been doing, and I'm a little past the middle of week 2 now.

My starting weight was 93.5kg, and this morning it read 91kg. In the past I've gone over 4 days on water fasts and dropped 4.5 kg, so my guess is that a big chunk of this is water weight.

Honestly I feel great. There have been a handful of times my stomach didn't feel all that good, but apart from that I'm holding my protein around 90g per day and getting at least 30 minutes of exercise in daily.

GHK-cu is on order for me, so I'm excited to give it a try.

What sort of things have you been exploring?

Reta has been part of my routine for 3 weeks now. My starting dose was quite small, and I have worked my way up to 1mg each week. An increase is coming before long. Mots c is also in the mix, though I feel I should look into ss-31 before anything else. For my Achilles Tendonitis, I have been using KLOW. So far there is not much to report, but it has only been 3 weeks.

At the start I hadn't looked into anything at all. My mom used ozempic and dropped a lot of weight, though she also shed plenty of muscle, and honestly the muscle tone loss didn't make her look better to me.

Then my girlfriend brought up a friend of hers who had slimmed down and she named retatrutide, so I went and read up on it. Compared with what I'd seen in my own family, the concept appealed to me. That's why I asked whether she could give me a hand.

She sold me a Peptiva kit and I simply did what the instructions said. Starting at a smaller dose probably would have been smarter. So far things are going fine.

A few headaches have hit me, and last night I woke up in the middle of the night feeling way too hot, which is the second time that's happened since I began. I blamed it on the weather here right now, but perhaps it's tied to a side effect I don't know about.

I hope everything goes well for you.

Hey foana, looks like we're neighbors. I'm also new around here.
What's your take on living in Thailand so far? I've been considering signing up at a gym around here, though the one in my condo—where I'll be staying for the next few weeks—is actually pretty decent. Got any suggestions?

Depending on which area of Hua Hin you're based in, there are several decent options. Since I only train in gyms with air conditioning, that rules out the majority of them for me. Jetts 24 hour fitness, located on the top floor of Market Village, is a solid choice. During high season it tends to get packed between 4-8 pm.. It's likely the priciest. Body fit 88 in Soi 88 is also good and larger than Jetts 24, and clearly operates shorter hours. Endorphin fitness on Soi 51 is a pleasant small neighborhood gym, the smallest among the three. The lack of parking is my issue with it. Finding a car spot nearby is really difficult, and even a motorbike can be a hassle, since restaurants and bars along the soi occupy all the motorbike parking in the evenings It's the least expensive of the three.

Another one exists out near the main immigration office. Its name slips my mind. The gym is compact, but hardly anyone uses it, so equipment is always free. To me it feels more like a community center. It has a pool, which appears to be the main draw for most people. You could probably locate it on Google. I haven't visited in almost two years, It was far cheaper than the rest.

I've spent a few months on tirzepitide, and tomorrow I'm making the switch to Reta. My starting dose will be 2mg, and I'm looking forward to seeing what results come from it!

I'll need to look into those. Since I'm relocating to a house on soi 116 and I have a car with me here, what you've shared is really useful.

I've been using tirzepitide for roughly 2 months now, and it's like my impulses no longer control me at all. That said, low energy has me thinking about making the switch to Reta. What are you referring to?

I'm on 2.5mg of Retatrutide per week right now, and a GLOW stack is on its way to me. Over roughly the past 6 years I've made fasting a regular practice, starting with intermittent fasting and eventually working up to water fasts lasting 4 days. With Reta it's become remarkably simple, and my energy levels at the gym are high. Honestly, it's very impressive.
