Hey everyone! I'm 37F, just signed up here from Spain, and there's already so much I'm picking up from this forum. Fingers crossed that customs doesn't grab anything I might have ordered.

A year ago I went through an obesity clinic doing telehealth, and they put me on Semaglutide then Tirz. My habits stayed the same, so the results were modest: 5 kg over 5 months. Semaglutide barely did anything for me, but switching to Tirz helped a lot more with keeping my appetite down. I quit because it was costing too much.

These days I'm looking into the grey market. I picked up Reta plus a few other peptides: Kisspeptin and PT-141 for myself (hello peri/menopause), and Ipamorelin and BPC-157 for my family.

We'll see what happens!

Welcome aboard. Fingers crossed everything works out for you — combining a whole-food way of eating with the right Reta dose should bring results. For months I dropped 4lbs. weekly and didn't work out at all. Everyone responds differently. Keep at it and the payoff will come.

Wow, that's really encouraging to read — it gives me hope!

We've also been leaning into more whole foods recently. My partner thinks he might have SIBO or something along those lines, so we're following a low Foodmap way of eating. Still, ice-cream is my weakness! I'm swapping it for fruit lollies though 😄

I have cheat meals together with my grandchildren. It isn't a huge amount, but it's enough. It's wild — I'll gain something like 3 to 4 lbs. for a couple of days, then Reta beats it down, and after a couple more days of eating well I'm right back to where I was.

Welcome aboard! Peptides can be a fantastic resource, though pairing them with better eating habits and some physical activity or movement is essential. Wishing you the best as you keep pursuing your objectives!

That's exactly what happened to me at the start. I was shedding a lot of weight simply through activity and paid no attention to my muscle mass. Once the doctor stopped my Semaglutide, I put back the lost weight (roughly 10kg) in under a month.

6 months ago I began eating properly, doing strength training, and a fresh round of Tirz, and these days I feel far better, look far better, and I'm glad to maintain it. These are tools not solutions.

Hello and welcome aboard. Pleased you're here. Going grey market is always a little nerve wracking where customs are concerned, so fingers crossed.

Nice one, that's exactly how to go about it!
