About a year back, I began incorporating peptides into my routine — alongside eating cleaner, adding more cardio, and doing weight training — aiming to boost my general health and relieve arthritis discomfort in my back and neck. BPC 157 and TB 500 have clearly made a difference in lowering arthritis, joint, and muscle pain. I also started tirz around a year ago, and I've since shed over 20 lbs.

My reason for signing up here is to gain a deeper understanding of peptide benefits, particularly glp1, and to find out whether anyone has come across or dealt with negative impacts on bone density or osteoporosis. With so much info floating around, both bad and good, having a reliable spot for substantive conversations is really valuable.

Rapid or unexpected weight loss can put your bone density at risk, since nutrition takes a hit during that process. Based on what I've come across, GLP1's add a bit more to that risk too. The good news is that it's pretty simple to counter: keep your protein, calcium and vitamin D up, and add some basic resistance training. Squats and deadlifts are excellent because they create micro fractures in the bone, which over time makes it stronger. Add weight bearing work such as walking or the Stairmaster etc, and you've got a recipe that doesn't just halt bone density loss — it can actually build your bone density up.

Absolutely, this is exactly what's required ... simply start moving and your bones will appreciate it. A daily 20 minute walk alone beats doing nothing. Personally, I jog at 3mph on a 6% incline wearing a 40lb weighted vest for 20-30mins each day. Though I'm a strange gym enthusiast.
