G'day from Australia !
I came across this forum while trying to educate myself about peptides and Im so glad I found you all!
I am 50 and fluffy, I have about 30kg to lose and I am hoping to learn alot about new ways to support my weightloss journey from you all. Would be a bonus if inflammation was also given the boot in the process
I have tried mounjaro but found it cost prohibitive in Oz, I exercise regularly ( baby steps into crossfit) but food noise is an ongoing issue for me
I look forward to exploring the site
