G'day from Australia !
I stumbled upon this forum while attempting to learn more about peptides, and I'm really happy I came across all of you!
I'm 50 and fluffy, with roughly 30kg to shed, and I'm eager to pick up a lot from everyone here about fresh approaches to help my weightloss journey. If inflammation also got kicked to the curb along the way, that would be a bonus
I gave mounjaro a go but discovered it was too expensive in Oz, I work out on a regular basis ( baby steps into crossfit) yet food noise remains a persistent problem for me
