Hey all! I'm not really sure how to kick this off, so I'll just dive into who I am and how I got here 🙂

I'm a 32 year old woman living in rural Australia. Gorgeous farmland stretches for kilometers in all directions. The nearest township is 1hr / 100km away, and the closest 'big city' is 5 hours from here.

Back when I was younger I was really fit - then I needed emergency spinal surgery, ended up with 3 vertebrae fused, and was totally bed ridden for 12 weeks. I came out of it with limited movement and sank pretty far into depression. Eventually I clawed my way mostly out, and over the following 6 years I got married and had three wonderful kids. Through all of that, though, I put on 45+kg.

After my 3rd and last child, when I hit 116kg, I knew I had to change things.

Over the next 12-18 months, (along with a better diet and moderate exercise) I started on Liraglutide (saxenda - prescribed by my doctor), then switched to Mounjaro (also through prescription)- dropped 40kg but stalled. Got fed up with the prescription cost ($600+ per month), then came across reta but of course it's not available by prescription in australia. Did some research and found a local supplier - Switched to reta and have been slowly losing again.

So why am I here? I want to learn. I want to start stacking but the info out there is nearly overwhelming and so contradictory. Right now I'm on reta, NAD+. I gave GHcku a try but quit after the first cycle because ouch and the welts it left were awkward to explain to people. I'd like to add something like tesa or ipa, but I'm also eyeing SLU-PP. Looking for advice on stacks and the best approach. What pairs well - what doesn't - double ups etc.

if you've read all this, thanks for sticking with me 🙂

Welcome here mate and thanks for sharing your journey.

What I can say is instead of looking immediately for what compounds you can stack, assess what you what improvements you want to see first with yourself on top of the current cycle you have.

From there you can then identify what possible peptide you can add to your current stack.
