55, just joined the site, though peps aren't completely new to me. For a few months I've been using reta, tesa, motsc, lost a few lbs, and now I want to grow my stack. After going through the posts, this looks like a great place for information. I hope to add my two cents too.

Did Tesa or Mots-C give you any benefits you'd call positive? My own run with Tesa lasted just 10 days at 1mg, and I felt nothing from it. The plan now is to hold onto what's left until my weight loss is nearly finished. As for Mots-c, it left me feeling really dizzy, so I haven't gone back to it. SS-31 produced the same reaction. My guess is that I need to stay on both of them for a longer stretch to see anything.

Welcome aboard! …and way to go, Knicks!!! Wow, this team simply refuses to give up.

If your goal is to get the best possible results, adding the gym has been incredible. I'm only on reta, but I've dropped close to another 20 lbs since I began it.

Welcome!! Mots-C had zero effect on me. Ret transformed my life….

🎉 Nice work by your team. I'm an OKC thunder fan 👋🏽 There's just something about Blue Orange and White

Honestly, whether mots is doing anything at all is something I can't figure out. On reta I've dropped 30, and what's really powering my energy — the weight loss, the trt, or the mots — I've got no way of knowing, or how to assign each one its share. A mix of all of them is just as likely, but splitting them apart to test it isn't something I'm willing to do.

my routine includes weight training 3-4 days each week, plus 3 days weekly of running, walking, and hiking. the progress has been incredible.

without a dexa scan, pinning down what tesa is actually doing is pretty much guesswork, and i'm not shelling out for one of those at this point. my reasoning for running tesa is just that it might genuinely target visceral belly fat, and that the drop i'm noticing overall includes some of that. the midsection has come down a lot; whether that's fat, visceral fat, or bloat, i couldn't tell you. plenty of folks say they hold the tesa until the final 10-20 lbs, claiming that's when it works best - and they may be right. i have no way of knowing, so my approach is to chip away at the visceral belly fat gradually instead of keeping it for the icing on the cake.

as for mots, i can't say whether it's behind the energy boost some people talk up. my energy is much higher, but that might come from the weight loss, improved sleep, a cleaner diet, test-c, or any mix of those, and there's no way to tease apart which factor is responsible or how much. a lot of this is me experimenting on myself and making educated guesses.
