Hello everyone,

After a stretch of just reading along, I figured it was time to post an introduction.

I'm a guy in his mid-thirties. My BMI recently reached 30, which pushed me to finally give GLP-1s a try. I had dropped weight before through keto and lifting (close to 10 years back, I shed 60lbs and reached a weight I was happy with), but things shifted after having several kids and changing how we live (I now work from home, the kids need more of my time and attention as they grow, and we don't want our kids to have to deal with our diet), so keto got harder to stick with and the pounds gradually came back over the years.

I began with semaglutide (tirz cost too much) through a telehealth clinic, but I couldn't get past the feeling that I was on the "worst" GLP-1 (and it still felt pricey), so only a few weeks into sema I started exploring alternatives. After researching a lot, I settled on grey tirz. This past Saturday I took my second tirz shot (and my wife took her first tirz pin on Saturday as well!). So far, so good. I'm really grateful for everything shared on this forum, it's been a huge help through this process.

Oh, and I'm lifting again. Greyskull Phraks LP, 3x a week.

I've also been looking into other peptides, in particular:

  • cjc-1295 (no DAC)/ipamorelin
  • bpc-157 (especially interesting, I've been dealing with IBS for over a decade)
  • semax/selank

I actually gave selank a try around 5 years ago, using a nasal spray bottle I got on Amazon. It seemed to do nothing at all, but I also had no clue what I was doing (I didn't refrigerate it) and it might have been junk regardless.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to joining in on discussions with all of you!

Took the plunge and ordered BPC-157 tablets. Fingers crossed.
While IBS isn't something I personally manage, I've had my share of different digestive problems, and taking BPC orally has genuinely made a difference for me! Just so you know, solid research or studies are lacking when it comes to whether BPC overall—or the oral form in particular—ought to be cycled, but I go ahead and cycle mine anyway.

What source did you use to get tablets?

Since I'm new here, I'm not able to share that. I believe it's fine to mention that I came across the details on the STG forums (usa).
