For a few years I was dieting and exercising, and my weight stayed right around 230 to 235. No gains happened, yet the scale refused to move at all. Almost wo months back, I began the slow dose starter regimen for Tirzepatide. Within less than 24 hours, the food chatter in my head disappeared and my appetite was at 50% of its previous level. That speed caught me off guard. Ten days from now marks 2 months since I started GLP1, and I have lost 16 pounds. This comes alongside working out 5x per week for 30 minutes each day and eating smaller portion sizes with an emphasis on more protein. Every day I also fast from 8 p.m. to 10 a.m., which is pretty easty. I have invested some effort into this combined push to get healthy. Reading more about other individual's GLP1 journeys helps me more and more with tweaking my daily routine. Putting in the work to learn as much as possible when you begin this life-changing journey is a major key to your personal success.
