Hi!!! Im B. I live between Canada and Mexico but Mexico based now. I have been on reta for 7 months. Changed me from a big back to a manageable sized person. Im 112lbs down. Super excited to meet other mexico folks and manage my protocol and dosing.

Nice welcome to the community. I am doing 6 and 6 Mexico / Canada as well. Just started reta 2 month ago down 27 and starting to stall a bit but not giving up.

Protocols and dosing are critical. You will find alot of help here, just don't get overwhelmed.

Hi friend!! That is amazing. You are right that protocols are integral. When I stalled i bumped up my cardio and cleaned up my eating and it started moving again. I also was reta less for a minute because I ran out and couldnt grab some more but figured it out. Cdmx is special! Good luck to you 27lbs in 2 months is magnificent!
