Hey all,

I'm a guy in my early 30s, carrying extra weight and dealing with ongoing knee and hip issues, plus asthma that showed up in adulthood. There was a time when I stayed really active — running, swimming, basketball, constantly. But time moves on, responsibilities pile up, and if you don't keep up with your body, it starts to break down. That brings me to today: 6'3" tall, 260 lbs, which is the heaviest I've ever been. Fed up with all of it, I decided something had to change, and I kept hearing how well GLP1s have worked for other people. So I'm here to give it a shot.

Thanks, everybody.

The phrase "Sick of it all" is what drew me in. I know that place, and these days I'm following a plan for a healthier version of myself. Compared to you, I'm both shorter and heavier, yet I feel far better. Around 3 months back I began Tirz, and I have only positive things to report. Weight has come off, sure, but the biggest win is my knees — the pain has pretty much vanished. There's no better moment to begin than now. I'm also new around here. You've got this!

My starting weight was close to yours — 250lbs — and 5 weeks later I'm down to 228. Sadly, my RT supply is gone, but I can still say things improve if you treat the GLP as a tool rather than the answer. If you're truly committed, any GLP medication can assist, though you'll also need to log your calories and keep your eyes on the goal. Wishing you the best of luck.
