Happy I came across this forum. Up to now I've been buying Mounjaro pens at full price, and I'm keen to switch over to ret while picking up know-how about reconstituting, dosages and so on.

While they lasted, UK prices were great — but for Mounjaro they're simply insane at this point... I still have 1 pen remaining, and once it's done I'll be following your lead and moving over to Reta.

I'm curious to find out how Reta stacks up against MJ

Could anyone give me some guidance please? I mix 3ml of bac water with 30mg, but once I load my 3ml cartridge it doesn’t reach the top. Is there something I’m overlooking?

For reta, I mix my 10mg vial using 1oo units of Bac, and 20mg with 200 ETC.

I wasn't aware 30mg reta was available, but yeah, if you've put in 300 units of Bac, the vial ought to have sufficient space.

Same approach for me with Klow: an 80mg vial, 300 units of Bac to reconstitute, and it ends up filling the vial to a bit past 3/4.

TR I'm not certain about, though the same idea should apply across the board, brother. Are you running mounjaro and reta at the same time?
