Hi, I'm a woman from Germany, close to 30 years old!

Mounjaro has been part of my routine for roughly a year, and in that period I dropped 30kg / 66lbs - sadly it's no longer within my budget, so I've just begun my first vial of Reta. Looking forward to being here and picking up knowledge about GLP1s 🙂

Willkommen!!!!

I'm on reta too. Because it was my first step into the glp world, I've been titrating super slowly, bumping my dose up .5mg each week. Right now I'm at 2.5mg per week and have dropped 25 pounds. Best of luck on your journey!

Moin! I'm writing from Hamburg.

Over here in Germany, the original product costs a lot, even when you go the "clicking" route.
Yep! Plus, at the higher doses, clicking hardly lets you cut costs at all

Moin moin, greetings from Berlin 🙂

I signed up here for that exact reason. It's no longer within my budget. Right now I'm on 15 mg Tirz and I've put some weight back on 🙁

Hallo ebenfalls aus Berlin 🙂

Toller Gewichtsverlust!

I did work out, though honestly I could have put in more effort. Even without any training I've always carried a fair amount of muscle (I'm talking 200kg on the leg press with no prior training), but Mounjaro cost me some muscle mass since I wasn't training enough.

During the first 4 weeks I dropped 15kg. I was definitely undereating (I got so carried away by finally having no food noise that I went overboard), yet it honestly felt like my body was eager to shed that weight.

Things have slowed down considerably since then, but I'm really looking forward to finding out how Reta differs from Tirz!

That's awesome! Mine has come off gradually, roughly 1kg each week, so I'm not exactly a super-responder.. 😄 still, having less food noise around is a big help for me as well! Since I've only just begun, I'm sticking with tirz for now, so time will tell how it goes for me haha

Fingers crossed Reta does even more for you!

Hello!

Signed up only yesterday — a friend and I are getting ready to begin reta. For my part I've got zero prior experience with any of this, while she's currently using Mounjaro. Our question is about the switch to reta: since the two compounds kind of overlap, do you begin at the smallest dose, or go higher because the body already knows the mechanism?

How did you handle it?

If this is a silly thing to ask, I apologize — I'm completely fresh to all of it.

Really eager to hear what you've been through and any tips.

Thank you!

Hey, greetings from Germany!

At the moment I'm using Retatrutide, and for what I need it's been fantastic. I've heard that Tirz is more effective when it comes to curbing appetite, so I'll be checking that out!

Welcome!
