I'm reasonably new too. There is masses to learn. I've got an idea about which peps I want but I'm struggling with doses and cycles as there seems to be so many different opinions on it.

Many YT vids on the subject plus use the search function on the forum and things should pop up. Freezer is usually the storage method of choice for long term lyophilised peptides, short term (few months) fridge will be fine. Minimal temperature fluctuations is key. Once reconstituted aim to use ideally within 30 days but can be stretched depending on your own risk profile and choice of bac water. Hospira users that use good sterile practices and hospira will routinely stretch to up 6-8 weeks. Peptides dependant as some’s efficacy can be shorter than others.psychsync_001 said:
