hey all, hoping whoever’s reading this is having a great day!

i’ve been looking into reta and stumbled on this forum — seems like there’s a ton of info here! i’m trying to shed some weight since i’m classed as obese, and i just want to be healthier overall. i’ve got pcos, which makes losing weight tough for me, and i reckon peptides might give me the little boost i need on my weight loss journey. i also hit the gym 3-4x a week! my aim is to lose 10-15kg.

can’t wait to dig into this forum and start peptides!!

thanks for reading!

Hey, another Brit here. A handful of us are on this forum, chatting about the particular headaches that come with being based in the UK — sourcing decent bac water, the fun of Royal Mail tracking that never updates, or that all-too-familiar rollercoaster when your parcel is drifting somewhere among China, UK customs and your front door. Glad you're along for the ride.

Hi! GLP medications are certainly going to assist with keeping calories and peptides in check and putting you into a deficit, and with 3-4 gym visits each week, you'll be in a great spot. Down the line, you can add other peptides that may help speed up metabolism or fat burning too. As for the gym, every bit of time you put in there is clearly a huge plus, though steering toward strength-based workouts would be even more ideal.

Hello!

I'm on this forum looking into reta as well. The amount of material to absorb is huge — it feels similar to picking up a foreign language. The people here are really supportive.

Reta made a big difference for me. At the time I was on carnivore, and pairing the two worked really well — I dropped 30lbs in roughly 2 months. These past two weeks I've been off Reta, still eating carnivore, and my weight has stayed steady. My plan is to start Ret again and add a stack with something I haven't settled on yet.

For the UK, VGpep with Hospira costs a fair bit, yet when they have it available the shipping is quick. If not, you're looking at an import via Canadian midwifery, which may take 12 weeks or longer and involves customs snags.

Greetings from Mobile, Alabama!

I'm glad you've begun your Reta journey and hope it's going well. Taking that step for your health is something to be proud of. Twelve months down the line, you'll likely feel completely renewed—and your weight loss target may be reached even sooner. The health improvements overall will be extensive. Wishing you all the best in the coming months!

Hey everyone, another Brit here on the hunt for Bac water. I'm holding off on placing any orders until I track some down haha. I noticed Amazon has some listed, but I'm unsure whether it's safe
