INTRO Hi from Dominican Republic

[Pikachu]

I'm a woman in my 30s who had a really hard time losing weight.

Currently in week 2 of retra and I feel fantastic! Looking forward to finding out more

[Researcher67890]

That sounds good. What has it been like for you?

Have you run into issues such as nausia?

[Pikachu]

Any issues! I dropped 3 pounds over these 2 weeks

I figure it's probably mostly water weight.

And I'm feeling great, plus the food noise is completely muted

[Researcher67890]

How many calories have you been taking in — are you keeping a big deficit going, or is it closer to a mild one?

[andoirl]

great to hear that you're doing so well!!

[Pikachu]

Around 1,300-1,500 kcalories

Hola! Did you have to declare your goods with customs? Did you get it through a Courier? I want to send some kits to my mom who lives over there but I'm afraid they'll be held.
