Hi!
I'm Alex, and in all likelihood I'm dealing with diabetes plus diabetes foot (no formal diagnosis — who else out there avoids the doctor?). Through most of 2025 I've been digging deep into GLP research. My very first pin of retatrutide went in on NOV 18, 2025, and I'm loving it. I began microdosing at .25mg every 5 days; after 2 week it wasn't doing anything for me, so I moved up to a .5 shot, which did work, but I wasn't happy with it. Then I came across a GLP concentration plotter and switched my dose to .33mg every 3 days. That held the concentration between .9mg-1.02mg, and I felt much better about it. Following a 6wk run, I've just doubled my dose to .66mg every 3 days — we'll see how it goes. It keeps the blood sugar down. Mornings are still a touch too high, though. On the weight side, I never weighed myself. Still haven't — my bad. Before this I'd been 250 pounds my whole life (6'2", 60yrs now), but the visual change is obvious in my face and belly. Thank,s Reta!
