Hey everyone!

I'm a mother of 2 and I have PCOS.

Before my second baby, I was on Ozempic for 2 years - now I'm 6 months postpartum. During pregnancy I put on 50 lbs, and I've dropped 20 of those so far (that doesn't count the weight of the baby when I gave birth) … so that's why I'm here! I'm located in the Toronto area.

Hey - I'm also located just outside of Toronto! I don't know how much you're into peptides, but tirzepatide or retatutride tend to get recommended over semaglutide by most people! It's worth checking out

Toronto—nice 👌

Losing 20 lbs after giving birth while dealing with PCOS is a major achievement; truly.

Happy to have you join us. There’s plenty of helpful material around here as you plan what comes next.

Thank you! After my first pregnancy, I lost 40 lbs without medication, then shed another 5 and kept it steady with a GLP-1. That took a lot of macro counting, protein, and consistent workouts.

Since that time, though, the entire landscape has evolved, so a different option could work better - and be easier on the wallet if my insurance decided not to cover a GLP-1 again.

Hey there, another person from Toronto — nice work on dropping the weight. As for me, I began Reta in December and I've already shed 23lbs
