Hey all! Just joined! My hubby and I are both super excited to start down this road together. He's honestly the only one I talk to about any of this, and I think he's gotten pretty sick of my endless rambling . For the two of us, this is about shifting how we live so we get healthier.

Because you're in LA, here's something you might find interesting. My job brings me to TJ roughly 1 time per month, and peptides don't appear to be much of a thing there. I genuinely thought they'd be more widespread, particularly given that growth hormone is available openly.

For roughly 1 years, my sister in law down in Mexico has been on peptides. Down here, they—along with homeopathic doctors—are certainly a real presence. The reason I say "here" is that I'm sitting in the waiting room at my urologist's office in TJ while reading this post lol.
