Hey everyone, I'm really glad I stumbled onto this forum. I'm a 50 yr old hippie mom living in California, and my goals are dropping around 30 lbs plus getting healthier and more fit in general. The things I'm curious about include Reta, Mots-C, BPC 157, and a few others too. I'm brand new to peptides, though I've gone through plenty of youtubes and some reddit reading, and I was lucky enough to discover this place through a nice, lowkey comment on reddit. Peptides really seem like an amazing game changer. Back when Ozempic showed up, I never imagined it could be safe or wise to use, or that it belonged to a category of products capable of being so life-changing and healthful! I'm so happy to be learning about all of this! Thanks to the mods and the other knowledgeable folks who guide us newbies along!

Hello 😊 This community has been, in my experience, the top place for continuous conversation and firsthand peptide accounts. Right now I’m using Reta along with ‘GLOW’ (a combination of gkhcu, bpc135 and tb500). Just a few weeks in, yet my waistbands feel roomier and the discomfort in my neck and shoulders is down by half!

Since January I've been taking Reta at a low dose. Progress has been steady but gradual. Today I began ss-31 and NAD +, and in a few weeks I plan to move on to Mots-c. In my view, that sequence is the most sensible route toward the goal. First comes cellular repair and maintenance. I've also been using KLOW plus some additional KVP for inflammation. Enjoy your journey!

Thanks! That's awesome to hear, congrats! Hopefully I'll be following a similar route before long.

Hello and welcome! Reta has been in my routine roughly 8 weeks now and honestly it lives up to the hype — and peptides generally do too. I'm 43 and perimenopausal; I began with 25 lbs to shift and 12 of them are already gone! Gave KLOW (glow plus kpv) its first outing yesterday and the sting is fierce, still going strong at the 24hr mark…so I'm after tips on getting through it. Well done on getting started.

Hi. 4 weeks back I began Reta, dosing 1mg each week, and I've dropped 10 pounds, roughly 5%. The sole work involved was taking in sufficient protein and calories so the loss didn't go too fast. Reta and GLP-1s generally are incredible. 2 weeks ago my wife got on board too, and she's already 5 lbs down. Best of luck with your 'research'.

Welcome aboard! This is a solid place to land. Plenty of folks here know their stuff and are glad to guide beginners through getting going without cutting corners. If dropping weight is your top priority, Reta is a strong pick, and you'll come across lots of discussions covering dosing, suppliers, and what to anticipate. I'm still pretty fresh too, roughly 2 weeks in, so we're both learning as we go. Don't hesitate to post questions, nothing here is too simple.
