My reason for signing up here matches yours exactly. Zepbound has been part of my routine for some time, but shifts that have happened recently in the US — self-pay patients being pushed to the vials, a mandatory refill timetable, and no preservatives included in those vials, which I suspect is done deliberately so that splitting doses becomes hard or risky — have finally put it beyond what I can afford. Paying toward the R&D behind these peptides is something I'm glad to do; after all, I owe them a lot. Still, enough is enough.
