PCOS and autism that went undiagnosed have made eating a constant battle for me.

Ozempic helped me drop roughly 90 kg (198 lbs), and for 2 years now my weight has stayed steady and healthy. (BMI went from 50 down to 20)

Still, what I eat remains quite limited, and mentally the food noise keeps wearing me down. Mounjaro was something I gave a shot, but I'm not a fan and it messes with my period. That's why learning more about reta really appeals to me 🙂

Female 5'6 sw: 204lb cw: 176lb

Week 14 of Reta injections for me, at 2mg. My starting dose was 1mg. Down 28lb so far. Reta does a lot to quiet food noise and junk cravings. Better food choices and protein focus become much easier. Working out hasn't started yet, but every day I take light 30min walks. As pinning day approaches, meaning Reta levels are dropping in my system before the next shot, junk cravings can show up sometimes, but the urge for a normal or big meal stays low. If I cave and have the junk, I notice I lose interest fast. Considering moving my next dose up to 2.5mg, but we'll see. Also worth looking into tirzepitde, people say the no food noise effect is even better or stronger on that. Hope this helps and gives you some insight.

Happy and safe pinning!
