Hey all!

I'm a woman, 39, living on the East Coast in the USA. Up to now, the only options I've used are Wegovy and Zepbound, though money issues forced me to quit. Mounjaro wasn't approved for me since I don't have a diabetes diagnosis. I'm pre-diabetic, and I deal with significant back issues from a herniated disc plus scoliosis. While taking a GLP, I gained the mental clarity needed to begin light exercise, which helped me improve both physically and mentally. But even though I kept trying to exercise, once I stopped Zepbound the food noise came back and I put weight back on, which is why I decided to join this forum—for motivation and guidance. I'm hoping to meet others on the same path and learn to handle my struggle better!

I'm a 48 year old guy in the UK, and I have scoliosis as well. Has anything worked for you when it comes to the back pain?
