Thrilled to become part of this community! Weight loss has gone well for me so far — after 8 weeks on Reta, I dropped roughly 8kg. I’ve been lurking here for a while, and I finally signed up so I can ask questions, learn from your experiences, and contribute what I’ve learned.

Hey, I'm a new member too and based in the UK. I came across this forum when I started digging into peptides more seriously, after switching away from wegovy. That medication did help me drop some weight, but it left me feeling awful — terrible sulphur burps all the time, and honestly what felt like every possible side effect it could throw at me 🤦‍♂️. I just couldn't handle it anymore.

My plan was to switch over to mounjaro at the same time as my partner, but instead I gave reta a shot. So far it seems to come with basically no side effects. Once I'd looked into it a bit, I realized there are so many different peptides out there, so I'm keen to find out what else they might do for me and whether any of them are actually worth trying.

That's amazing.

Did you go through titration? What's your dose, and do you inject it once a week?

I've been using GHK-CU and I'm in my 4th month. My birth year is 2000, and I've come across claims that at that age ghk-cu is too early to use, which might explain why I'm not seeing much from it? I'm also planning to purchase KLOW. Does anyone here know whether zinc should be taken alongside GHK-CU?

What was your starting dose, and where are you at currently?
I began at 0.5mg and gradually increased the dose. Right now I'm not taking reta, but I'll likely resume in a few weeks, starting at 1mg per week this time.

Yeah, my starting dose was 0.5mg, then I moved it up step by step. During weeks 1-2 I took 0.5mg, weeks 3-4 it was 1mg, weeks 5-6 went to 1.5mg, and weeks 7-8 were at 2mg. To be honest, 1.5mg is where I felt my best. I also considered adding ghkcu, but in the end I decided against it. As for zinc, I'm aware that certain individuals use 30mg zinc while others skip it, and I don't believe taking it or not taking it changes much.
