Hello all! My curiosity about GLP-1 keeps growing, and I've seen that lots of people treat this forum as a trusted place to find solid information. There was a time when I carried extra weight, and in 2020 I managed to shed it. After that, I've kept training and I've been attempting to drop those remaining kilos, yet sticking with my eating plan and exercise routine for long enough to get under roughly 17% body fat has never worked out. I'm here to find out whether it's worth pursuing, and partly just because I'm curious. Apologies for going on like this, and for my English; a translator is what I'm using. Naturally, let me know if I've written something he doesn't do please. Thanks for reading👍.

Glps have been part of my routine for more than a year, and they've certainly kept me on track and helped me get past hurdles that used to derail me.

Best of luck

Hey! I appreciate you telling us about your path. Staying steady with both your workouts and what you eat is impressive, and getting to roughly 17% body fat is no small feat on its own. For certain individuals, GLP-1 medications may assist in breaking through stalls, though responses vary from person to person. Continue paying attention to your body and noting how you feel—this is a marathon, not a sprint. Best of luck moving forward
