Helloo, a 23F who's been dealing with weight and cortisol issues for the last few years. I've picked out my sources already, but right now they won't ship to Chile (my country) because customs has gotten super strict, so my plan is to get going next month while I'm in France and my first kit shows up there🤞🤞🤞, hope everyone's making great progress! cheers

Also saying hi from Chile!

Customs has honestly been super strict this past month. Fingers crossed they ease up before long.

I used to think Reta was just overhyped nonsense from TikTok. Turns out I was mistaken. Just be sure to stay well hydrated.

A month into Reta myself. So far so good! My strongest tip would be to start low and build slowly! It has spared me a lot of side effects, and saved money too, honestly.

Honestly, there are times I think it would have been better to begin with Reta rather than Tirzepatide, particularly because of how Reta affects LDL cholesterol burning.

I'd like to begin it before long as well. Getting going is simply such a challenge. Right now I'm on trizepatitde

That's a solid beginning though! Have you noticed any changes yet from tirz?

I came across something mentioning electrolytes during the initial weeks, so I'll be sure to keep up with that😬. Did you experience any side effects, or did everything go smoothly?

Customs seems to be causing trouble all over these days.

Staying hydrated is a must, so set reminders to drink water if that helps. Just like appetite, thirst gets suppressed by GLPs.

Have a great time in France!
