time to say hello. I'm a 32-year-old guy living in Belgium. I've been on R since around September or October of 2025, and I've dropped roughly 23kg in total (though R isn't responsible for all of it). For quite a while I stuck with my local supplier, then I spent ages digging around on reddit and various other apps and sites. Eventually I came across this place and placed 2 orders with different vendors. The 1st one worked out fine, but the 2nd was a letdown — only 1 out of 5 items actually arrived.

Anyway, that's my story

So the problem you ran into with that order—did it come from a European reseller rather than a Chinese supplier, or was it one of the vendors on this forum?

And 23kg is incredible, congrats 🙂!

There was an issue with a vendor on this platform, though it got sorted out fairly. I received a refund for the peptides that never showed up.

However, the shipping side was a mess.

I placed an order for 5 different items. 1 of them was on back-order, so we agreed it would come in a separate shipment. Once I had my shipping label, I was told another item was out of stock and they'd send a lower dose per vial instead (MS40 unavailable, 4x MS10 as a substitute). It struck me as odd, but I figured maybe my package hadn't gone out yet. About 10 days later, the package shows up containing only 1 of the 5 items.

I heard plenty of excuses about restocking and so on...

In the end, it was a poor experience with that vendor. That said, others have had positive experiences with them. That's why I'm not naming them, to give them the benefit of the doubt
 
I've run into a comparable problem with a seller here, and since I'm a "recently joined" member I won't say who they are. What happened is they shipped me a NAD+ in a smaller size, and I'm still waiting on any kind of compensation.

With that same seller, customs took one of my packages. Their response was that a reship would only happen if I placed another peptide order with them.

For those who have bought a lot: when customs seizes a package, do vendors usually send a replacement, or is it different from one vendor to the next?
