INTRO Hi all just started my Reta journey
At 54, I've allowed my condition to decline throughout the years.
As a Military Veteran, PTSD hit me hard — I didn't recognize it in myself, though those close to me certainly did.
Things kept getting worse until I finally asked for support.
These days my mind is in a solid spot, but my body isn't.
I stand 187cm and tip the scales at 135kg, dealing with elevated blood pressure and taking medication for it.
I'm in week 3 of reta and it has completely changed things.
My hunger is gone and I haven't touched fast food snacks.
I'm fueling myself properly, noticing improvements, and steadily building fitness with 15000 steps daily, plus I'm planning to return to weight training soon — something I once really enjoyed.
