Hello everyone! Checking in from California. A short introduction and a bit of my journey seemed like a good way to start. My first run of Reta began a couple of months back. Weight has been part of my whole life, but at last I'm losing it and holding onto the loss. A six-week cycle, then roughly two to three months since, and I'm pleased to say the progress has held.
