Hey everyone, I’m just starting out with health and self-improvement, and I’ve made the decision to take it seriously now.

I’m a 20-year-old guy, not in shape, and I have AuADHD.

I’m hoping to get tips on eating better, working out, sticking to good routines, and building self-discipline.

Peptides and nootropics are also something I’m really curious about, and I want a beginner’s guide.

I’ve poked around a bit on forums and watched some TikTok clips, but what I really want is a thorough guide that walks through everything step by step.

I’d be into peptides for reducing appetite, losing fat, gaining muscle, lifting mood, and sharpening focus and mental clarity.

My aims are to drop weight, add some muscle, get my brain in a better place, and build solid habits and discipline, since I’ve been super lazy whenever I’m not doing stuff I have to do, like work.

Get into the habit of logging what you eat, macros included. MyFitnessPal does that job for free, and plenty of alternatives exist. Give it a few weeks and your choices start improving on their own.

Movement every day matters as well. Walking is the floor. Build up to lifting sessions at the gym 2-4 times weekly. Boostcamp offers free programmes plus a questionnaire that points you at the right one. Whichever you land on is fine. Simply begin.

Atomic Habits is worth reading if you want the habit side sorted.

6 months of proper nutrition and heavy lifting will leave you with a physique you won't recognise.

At your age, diet, training and quality sleep beat most compounds hands down.

Hey Rendact, I dropped pounds without medication at all until things plateaued with gentle workouts and small daily habit tweaks, after that I started ozempic and kicked off a fitness path, feel free to reach out if you'd like tips or support, since that time I've turned into a certified pt and train every day - I still have hard moments and put some weight back on, but I've dealt with both glp1s oz and trizep plus doing it naturally, along with major shifts in how I live and my mental health
