Hey. A few months back, I got going with compounded Tirzepatide. That came after I caught a commercial featuring Serena Williams and Ro. Ro wasn't the route I took; instead I went with another telehealth service that had no membership fee. Right around when I began, there was a lot of anxiety going around about compounded pharmacies facing crackdowns. Since I was just starting out, that made me nervous, so I picked up a small stockpile through a few different telehealth providers. I also began thinking through what I'd do if compounded options disappeared. That's how I ended up here and on a few other forums. After researching how it all worked, I went ahead and purchased some Reta from a US vendor. That experience went well, and I sort of went overboard, stocking up on Reta and some Tirz, given that compounded Tirz has been working for me. Reconstituting and filtering the Reta turned out to be oddly enjoyable and calming, which got me curious about other peptides worth trying. I wound up with MOTS-C, CJC/Ipa, Cagrilintide, Selank and Semax. So far, only the MOTS-C and CJC/Ipa have been used. The Cagrilintide will wait until I hit a plateau with the GLP-1s, if that happens. I grabbed a couple Hydrapeaks and a label maker so everything could be stored in the freezer, and now I'm covered for years.

Welcome. I love cjc/ipa. Does it put you right to sleep? It does for me.
I haven't figured that out at this point. Once I take it, there's a sensation that it's beginning to kick in. Going straight to sleep does happen for me, so possibly, lol. Figuring out how effective it is for me is somewhat tricky. The MOTS-C situation is fairly similar. Two weeks in and I can't really tell whether it's making a difference. I prefer to believe that it is.

At the beginning I didn't notice anything from them. Later I found out they only really do their job when you're in a fasted state. And if you're taking one of the glp's, the fasting window stretches out longer. My own routine: from 2pm onward, only water; cjc/ipa goes in at 8pm; I'm asleep by 815pm; awake at 4am; Motsc nad+ at 5am; workout runs 6 to 730 am; I hold off eating until 9 or 10. Fasted aerobic workout are great, 2 times the energy.

Yeah, I think I should be going longer without eating at night before taking the cjc/IPA.

Glad you're here! Mot-C is absolutely a solid pick!
