Hello!
Reddit pointed me in this direction, and the reason is pretty clear. I'm thinking about using Reta to help with body recomposition. At 39, my goal is to get ahead of perimenopause. So far my labs are good, so I'm trying to stick with the plan, follow what my nutritionist says about eating, and avoid the rapid weight loss approach I've taken before. Instead of pushing my Reta dose past a certain level, I'm looking at stacking CJC 1295 without DAC combined with IPA, cycled with Tesa. Several days a week I have a long commute into NYC, which is ideal for reading research articles, so any suggestions are welcome!
