Hello!

I'm River, a 21 year old male college student in California, and I'm heading up the peptide research for myself and my buddy, who isn't great at digging into things (thanks, university, for showing me how to research).

We're both trying to drop weight and build a healthier relationship with food. We're overweight and want to get leaner and healthier. Right now I'm sitting at about 190 lbs (~87kg), and the aim is a lean 175-180. At first we thought about stacking retatrutide and tesamorelin, but this stuff is expensive and I'm in college right now, so we're going to begin by researching reta and see where that takes us.

When it comes to exercise, climbing is my main thing. I used to lift weights normally, but climbing has turned into a solid physical outlet for me. I do occasionally hit the regular gym with one of my roommates.

This whole side of the health industry is still new to me, so any tips would be appreciated!

Thanks a ton,

River

Begin with a low dose and take it slow. Once you've done your research, pick a single pep and start at a low dose. Increase gradually as needed. I wouldn't jump into 2+ peps right away, particularly given that you're only 10-15lbs from your goal weight. The ideal is to get results using the lowest dose and fewest peps you can.

I appreciate the response, thank you!

We will begin at a slow pace.
