Good evening!

A quick rundown on me: 34 years old, male, living in the UK. I was always stocky yet fit while growing up. 8 years back I met the woman who is now my wife, then COVID arrived, I got settled and comfortable, and the weight crept on. When I stepped on the scales last month, I saw I was likely at my all-time heaviest (248lb). A pharmacy started me on Mounjaro. Today was my 4th Jab and I've dropped to 227lb. The progress feels unreal and my appetite is well suppressed.

I fell down the peptides rabbit hole and honestly, the grey market pricing blows my mind.

So it seems I'll be hanging around, trying to soak up whatever I can. I'm here purely for weight loss. Reconstitution makes me a little anxious, though I've watched a few videos and I plan to place an order for some Tirzepatide.

Retatrutide has also caught my eye, but since Tirzepatide is working for me so far, I reckon I'll hold off and watch how things develop with reta.

I'm keen to get acquainted with more people in this community and see where it leads me!

Hope everyone's day is going well.

Glad to have you here, Niir0! I've been asking myself something similar. When someone begins with tirzepatide, is the move to reta only supposed to happen once weight loss hits a plateau?🤔

I used Tirzepatide at 5 mg prior to making the change to Retatrutide. My resting heart rate went up on Retatrutide, and that helped me drop more weight, yet Tirzepatide gave me noticeably better appetite suppression. Right now I inject 4 mg of Retatrutide each week.

Hi, and well done on getting going — it sounds like things are moving in a good direction for you already! I'm in a similar situation: I began tirzepatide back in March, and after just 1 month I realised I wasn't willing to keep paying those kinds of prices, so I set out to educate myself about this space. I've already got some reta on hand, but I've chosen to hold off and introduce it later, once I've dropped the majority of the weight and run into a stall. Tirzepatide is doing a great job for me, so I don't want to switch things up at this point — I'm still amazed by how much the inflammation has gone down and by the other advantages I'm noticing, even beyond the weight coming off.

There's plenty I still need to pick up, but I'm moving slowly and carefully, and not long ago I mixed up my first vial. I must have rewatched those videos around 500 times beforehand 😅 It's easy to feel swamped by how much info is out there, so I completely understand! Wishing you all the best!
