Hey,

Early 20s male here. Diabetes, high blood pressure and other issues run deep on both sides of my family, and I'm determined not to end up in that same boat. Currently 5"8 and 190 lbs. About 7 months back I hit my all-time high of 225lbs. That was the wake-up call I needed, and now I'm pushing toward being healthy, fit and lean. My target: 150-160 lbs lean at 10-12% bf, then hold steady there. RT is something I've given a shot before, though the results weren't great for me. Pretty sure what I had wasn't pure lol. I'm here to learn this world more deeply since I'd like to run more stacks down the line.

The men in my family have dealt with low test too, myself included (my doc says I'm average), but I'd like to bring it up, naturally if that's possible. If not, T is something I'd consider, though wanting a big family probably puts that on hold for a while. All I really want is to be lean and have full control of my body and my mobility. Weight has always been a struggle for me, super easy to gain it but so hard to get it off me. I firmly believe how you take care of your body reflects to you as a person (not judging anyone, i'm bigger too) but with my career I want to be able have good presentation. Just a little bit about me. Main goal is genuinely being lean & looking good in the clothes I wear. Any feedback helps and if you guys have any comments or criticisms please feel free lol. I am not soft hearted and I actually appreciate the truth. Thank you everyone in advance!

Glad to have you here man! At your age, with the right diet, sleep and training in place, the results can be amazing! Staying at 10-12% body fat long term, naturally and while holding muscle mass, is too low to be sustainable. What does your diet look like at the moment? Are you working out?

I do work out, but between being a full-time student and holding down a full-time job, my schedule is packed. That changes in december, since I graduate then, so early 2027 should open up a lot more time for me. Right now I hit the gym 2-3 days a week, and since my job is sedimentary, I don't get many steps in daily and my maintenance kcal is probably low. I meal prep, so my diet stays healthy, and my macros sit around 2000 at the moment (I do eat out occasionally, but nothing fatty or unhealthy). I get roughly 5-6 hours of sleep a day. Besides sleep, obviously lol, what else could I work on?
