About 2 months back, I began my GLP journey, and the results have left me very happy. Before I got started, I read through this forum as a guest, and it gave me a lot of the information I needed to take that first step. My own start was a few months back too, and I’ve picked up a fair amount from different places. I’m new here, so I’m hoping the learning keeps going.
