Hey everyone, this is basically my introduction post here. I'm still fairly new when it comes to peptides. Obesity has been something I've dealt with my entire life, and now it's reached the point where a lifestyle change isn't just needed—it's something I want. Over the years I've given just about every approach a shot: keto, multi-day fasting, 16 hour fasts, personal trainers, you name it. The issue for me is that I'll see progress early on, get comfortable, and then slide backward. This time, though, I've kept a calorie deficit going for close to 8 months, taking in 2000-2500 calories, and I've lost 52lbs without exercising. About a month ago I bought my first reta, starting at 1mg, moving to 2mg in week 2, then 3mg for weeks 3-4, and now I'm at 3.5mg in week 5. So far I haven't felt the appetite suppression or had the food noise go quiet, but I've also come across info saying that folks with a higher bmi don't tend to get those effects until they reach higher dosages (4+) (350+ lbs range). Am I making a mistake somewhere? Or is it accurate that the effects only kick in once I'm at higher doses.
