Hello all — thanks for keeping a table free for me at this restaurant!! LOL The rules here are genuinely funny while still getting straight to the point — a great read for anyone who has not gone through them. My wife has been on peps roughly 2 years, and I have finally taken the plunge. Down from 250 to 238 in about 6 weeks, with no change to activity — just fixed meals, Reta and a few others (6). Count me a believer, and I want to understand how all of this works and what the whole journey involves, without posting “don't say that” stuff. Excited for the adventure and to contribute once I am allowed in. Thanks once more for the add!!!
