Hey, I'm not someone who posts much on forums—usually I just read along unless I've got something useful to add. That said, I realize an introduction is in order... So, to keep it brief: yesterday morning marked the start of my 4th week on Reta, currently at 2mg, and I'll bump up to three next week. I've dropped roughly 8.5 pounds since I began, and I'm looking forward to what's ahead. I also ran BPC157/TB-500 and got fantastic results for an injury. Glad to be here and pick up more from the veterans. Thanks!

Greetings, coming to you from OC!

Staying quiet is step one toward owning up to an issue 😉… sooner or later you'll jump into the conversation with everyone and find your groove, haha.

This is a fantastic group, so tell us what you've been through and never hesitate to ask things, yet make sure you make good use of the search tool too- it can end up being your closest ally.

Had you been on any other glp1's before Reta?

I'm usually a lurker too, but I want to move from tirz over to Reta, so I'm trying to gather as much info as possible first
What’s driving the change for you? And how’s it been going with Tirz up to now?

Nope, it's only Reta for me! This is actually my first time. Honestly, I've been feeling pretty good. So far there haven't been any wild side effects. On day 1 there might have been a little oddness, or just my body adjusting — I mean I felt a touch off physically. If there's anything in particular you want to ask, I'm glad to answer!

I've been using tirz via a compounder for 5 months now, and I'm down 80lbs total — 60lbs of that was fat, 20lbs was muscle. At 5'7 I went from 230 down to 150. So far tirz has been great, no negative side effects at all. The reason I'm thinking about switching is that I'm pretty much content with my current size, but things have sorta plateaued. Body recomposition is what I want to focus on going forward. Building muscle is the goal, and from what I understand Reta could help with both preserving/building muscle and clearing out that last stubborn bit of belly fat. Once I see how I tolerate Reta, I'm also planning to add some other peptides.

What's your appetite suppression like? That's one of the main things I'm worried about when it comes to making the switch.

A common remark you'll come across is that hunger doesn't disappear, yet satiety arrives fast. I'd agree with that. On top of it, my appetite is noticeably lower than usual.

If anything comes up or you want some guidance, just ask. I'm glad to assist. And if you want to talk about any side effects, that's fine too... Just let me know!
