Hi everyone, I'm just joining this circle and I'm getting ready to place my first Reta order. In the past I dropped 40kg "naturally," but stress eating caused me to regain 12kg. My plan is to use Reta as a tool so I can rebuild my good habits. I appreciate all the past sharing from everyone here—it's helped a newbie pick things up quickly!
