I'm 45 and have spent 3 years navigating peptides and GLP. It all began following some major life shifts when my blood sugar simply refused to improve. Diabetes runs in my family. For years I've been borderline, even though I always exercised. I was never truly overweight, yet shifting that final stubborn bit of weight remained tough. I began with semaglutide, pushed the dose to its max, and shed close to 20 lbs., all while preserving muscle, confirmed through dexa scans. Dec 25, I switched to Reta and lost another 10 lbs. I went from 180 lbs down to 150 lbs now, with muscle mass unchanged. Reta has been fantastic! Right now my stack is:

7.5 mg reta/week

MOTS-C

KLOW

NAD+

I run a lot, and my blood work has improved a great deal over these last 3 years. Thanks!

How has motsc treated you? Any adverse reactions? I've started researching it more. In your view, what are the primary advantages?
