Hey all,

Figured I'd drop a quick intro for the group. For the past few years I've been working on my health and fitness, dropping the extra weight I'd built up over time. My weight went from roughly 400 down to 165 lbs. That change reshaped a lot of things in my life, but I also had to deal with the loose skin that tends to follow such a large drop.

About two months back I had surgery to remove skin as well as chest reconstruction. Since going under the knife I've put on roughly 25 lbs. That said, the gain doesn't worry me much, since part of it comes from recovering from the procedure. On top of that, I'm still healing and can't get back to my normal workouts just yet. When I can return to my exercise routine, I'll start adding cardio along with testosterone cycles before bringing weight training back in.

I'm not totally unfamiliar with cycles, having run both bulking and cutting ones with different compounds last year. Peptides and similar compounds aren't brand new territory for me, but I won't act like I've got everything figured out about what's available. So I'm here to pick up knowledge from people who've been at this longer.

Bottom line, what brought me to this forum is wanting to learn from members with experience in this space and to link up with others so I can sharpen how I go after my goals. Glad to be here and to learn from all of you.

Thanks for whatever advice and guidance you're willing to pass along!

Hi there, I'm a newcomer too. My situation centers on getting older and the pounds that creep on once hormone levels drop, plus the cognitive boost that some peps give.

You really have a wealth of background when it comes to dropping weight, working out and the operation. It never stops impressing me how much the GLP-1 path changes people, not only in body but in mind and spirit. Really happy to make your acquaintance

I'm convinced this is the right spot for us to learn and grow community.
